Anti-aging Nutrition, Anti-aging Education and Brain Healing

Studies show that anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fats help to protect your brain from degeneration, and your bones from osteoporosis. How to choose the right fats is an important part of your anti-aging education. There is good evidence that if you eat these ‘good’ fats that are a ruling factor in influencing the rate of bone breakdown, you will be contributing to preserving your bone density. And the health of that precious brain.

Omega-3 fatty acids are found in high concentrations in some of the wild-caught cold-water fish, like salmon, for instance, and can significantly decrease bone breakdown.

In women, these beneficial omega-3 fats work with estrogen to stimulate bone mineral deposits and slow the rate of bone breakdown. But it’s not simply a matter of consuming more omega-3 rich foods; you also need to consume less of foods containing omega-6 fats. Increasing your consumption of omega-3s and decreasing your consumption of omega-6 fats (i.e., arachidonic acid, which is found in meat and dairy products), more effectively reduces bone reabsorption.

* Arachidonic acid is used by the body to produce the Series 2 prostaglandins (PGE2), an inflammatory mediator.
* PGE2 can set off inflammatory chain reactions that break down cartilage and trigger increased activity by osteoclasts, the cells which to break down or resorb old bone.
* These two mechanisms help explain why increasing consumption of cold-water fish, which increase your omega 3 oil intake, while decreasing consumption of meat and dairy products, which increase your omega 6 oil intake, can produce remarkable positive effects in people with bone and joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.

* These same mechanisms also appear to reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

And what about the brain? Omega 3 oils are very important for the brain. Brain chemicals that make it work - neurotransmitters - are made from fats. Other nutrients are involved, but fats are important. Drugs, alcohol, contaminants like fluoride, aspartame, MSG, and pollutants in general, affect the brain. So for brain healing, ingestion of the balance of oils our bodies need, keeps us at a good advantage.

For those who may be predisposed to Alzheimer’s Disease, this is even more important. Mind you, genetic predispositions may never get triggered, so I do not intend to prompt any anxiety by this comment.

Anti-aging education is our best protection for brain healing, and bone preservation. Anti-aging nutrition, without a doubt involves understanding the balance in omega 6 and omega 3 oils.

Purified fish oils give us what we need. While we can eat wild-caught cold water fish that provide us with the omega 3 oils, we cannot eat them every day due to the contaminants they contain. The purified or “ultra” fish oils can make up the difference.

Wildlife Photography has a universal appeal attracting human curiosity and today it is gaining ground very rapidly-may be it is due to our inbuilt wild connections with nature and its creations. YouTube Cloning and Video Sharing Communities- The Way Forward

According to recent research, in a normal month nearly thirty-five percent of people who go online visit YouTube, and this is a worldwide figure! Social media sites also happen to be growing exponentially and video consumers are at the heart of this growth. YouTube was formed in 2005 and quickly became one of the sensations of the internet. At the moment YouTube serves up more than one hundred million videos per day and can claim over forty-six percent of the total online video market!

There are a several software developers that have recently developed unique scripts that enable people to either construct their very own niche video sites or make video sharing communities similar to YouTube and LiveVideo. The niche video sites tend to draw on YouTube’s huge video library on the basis of a keyword or tag and the script would also provide a search function to allow visitors to hunt YouTube for any other keyword based video. The script could be edited to add affiliate product ads, Adsense advertising or links to other sites.

To create a niche video site, a few simple procedures would have to be followed. You would need to first identify a competitive keyword which has a high search rate but low competition, as video sites extract YouTube videos based on tags. Secondly, identify a really good affiliate program to use, as niche video site scripts let you add your own affiliate products or programs. Identify products that fit into the general theme of the video site being created. Follow this up by buying a domain name that matches your keyword as sites that possess a domain name which matches their main keyword tend to rank higher in Google. Following on from this, you would have to obtain hosting for your new site. To set up a video sharing community would entail similar steps, but would ultimately depend on the particular script to be used.

The next step will be to acquire a script and edit it accordingly. VidiScript is a great YouTube cloning script that enables you to create a video sharing community and which offers some very powerful features, and unlike some of its counterparts, is absolutely free. Editing scripts are a lot easier than would first appear. Normally there are only a couple of files that need editing and this can be done through Notepad. You could, for example, replace an existing Adsense ID with your own one or you could add affiliate banners to the top of your website, and this is as simple as inserting html code provided by the particular affiliate program owner.

Once all this is done the files would need to be uploaded to your website host via an FTP program, of which there are many that can be found online with most being free of charge.

To conclude, all things video are taking the internet by storm at the moment and now is a great time to forge ahead and take advantage of the extraordinary growth that is occurring at a phenomenal rate. Build multiple video sites, video cloning sites or video sharing communities using scripts such as that provided by VidiScript and reap the rewards while the pickings are rich.

If you found this article helpful and are interested in a video script for a video sharing community, that also happens to be absolutely free, check out our site at www.vidiscript.com for all the relevant details. Don’t miss out on a chance of having your very own YouTube clone.

The Truth Exposed about Second Mortgage Foreclosure

The Truth Exposed about Second Mortgage Foreclosure

Many people have the idea that if they default on their second mortgage and their first mortgage is in good shape that they will not risk losing their home. However, that is not the truth at all. It is very important for a homeowner to understand that a second mortgage can result in losing your home. Second mortgage foreclosure can be even more devastating than a first mortgage foreclosure.

How a Second Mortgage Foreclosure Works

When you default on your second mortgage the lender can force the second mortgage foreclosure. This is done by the lender paying off the first mortgage. Then the second mortgage becomes the first mortgage and foreclosure can begin. Second mortgage foreclosure is very risky, though, because it means you will then owe the lender for your second mortgage and the first mortgage.

It does not matter if your first mortgage is in good standing or not either. When your second mortgage goes into default that lender is going to want their money and the only way to get a second mortgage foreclosure is to buy out that first mortgage.

The Benefit of Low Rates

When you get low rates on your second mortgage it greatly lowers your risk for a foreclosure. This is because it is more likely to be affordable for you. With lower rates you will pay less per month and have a shorter period of time before the loan is paid off. Additionally, you will pay less overall in interest.

When you Fall Behind

When you fall behind on your second mortgage it is not enough to hope the lender won’t take on the hassle of buying out the first mortgage. The first time you fall behind you have to take action. When you miss a payment you should contact the lender. Do not just sit back and do nothing.

You will find that when you contact the lender and explain your situation that they are usually willing to help you out. They know that the easiest way to get their money is through you making payments, so they will want to help you be able to do that.

If payment problems happen, you should start working on a solution right away. Work with the lender, who will probably have some great ideas to help you out. Take a look at your budget and see what happened. Fix the problem as soon as possible and stay in contact with your lender.

You can avoid second mortgage foreclosure, but you have to be smart about it. Do not ignore problems when they occur and be aware of what could happen.
